The Walk will be led by an arborist who will pass on interesting information about the magnificent trees located there.

The tours will begin at 1:00 pm in the parking lot on the upper side of the Henry Esson Young (HEY) building. Look for the directional signs at main intersections on the site.
Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes or boots. Walks go rain or shine.

This year is the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Riverview Horticultural Centre Society and the group is continuing its work to highlight the unique features of the Lands.

No advance reservations are necessary. This is a free outdoor event for the whole family to enjoy.

In the past, people have spoken strongly against market housing on the Riverview site - we hope the provincial government is listening as an important ecological, horticultural, and historical treasure would be lost forever.
